It mainly checks whether there is liquid leakage, cleans the dirt on the surface, handles the oxides of the positive and negative poles, fastens the clamps of the two poles, and observes the color of the battery eye. The color of the electric eye is green for sufficient power; black is for insufficient power and needs to be recharged; gray or light yellow is for insufficient electrolyte, because the maintenance-free battery cannot be filled, the battery should be replaced immediately.

In addition to the maintenance-free items mentioned above, the lead-acid battery factory also needs to pay attention to the following two aspects: First, check and adjust the height and concentration of the electrolyte, and the electrolyte. The height should be between high and small. Too low will reduce the capacity of the battery and cause the electrode plate to vulcanize. Too high will overflow to the surface of the battery to corrode the pole pile, wire and car body. The concentration of the electrolyte has a great influence on the working condition of the battery. In our northeast winter, the sulfuric acid concentration of the electrolyte should be adjusted to 1.28 g/ml. Note that the concentration measurement and adjustment must be performed when the battery is fully charged; two It is necessary to clean the exhaust pipe, keep the exhaust pipe well ventilated, and exhaust the exhaust gas generated in the charging process in time, otherwise it will cause the electrolyte to overflow from the filling hole, and even cause the battery to explode.
